Aji Panca Chipotle Dip with Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 Cup of mayonnaise 
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Aji Panca 
  • 1 Teaspoon of chipotle powder 
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of garlic powder 
  • 1 Lime 
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of black pepper 
  • 1 Teaspoon of salt 
  • 1 Teaspoon of dried onion 
  • 3 Sweet potatoes

Dip 

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Aji Panca, chipotle powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and dried onion. Mix the ingredients until a smooth consistency. 

Fries 

Preheat oven to 400°. Peel sweet potatoes. Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch strips. Place the fries on a greased baking tray. Bake for 30 mins. Once cooked let the fries cool for 5 mins. 

Serve with chipotle dip and enjoy.
