Growing up in Canada, Michel Falcon had always been aware of his Peruvian heritage. The warm, friendly people, the rich culture and most of all, the cuisine and recipes he grew up with.
When he moved to Toronto he discovered a lack of awareness around Peruvian dishes and a lack of availability of the country’s unique ingredients throughout North America. Other cuisines are well-known and plentiful—Chinese, Mexican, Japanese, Indian, Vietnamese, Greek to name a few.
But few know Peruvian food...yet.
