This Pulled Peruvian Chicken Sandwich is savory and delicious. We guarantee it will satisfy your chicken sandwich cravings.

Cook time: 25 minutes
4 Potato buns or brioche burger buns
½ Cup Kewpie mayonnaise or regular mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Aji Amarillo
1 Stalk celery
4 Red onion
2 Chicken breast
1 Head Boston lettuce
1 Bag Hickory Sticks (or BBQ chips)
To taste salt & pepper
Chicken: Boil chicken in a pot with celery, onion, carrot, two garlic cloves at medium high heat for 25 minutes. When chicken is cooked, pull shreds of chicken into bite sized pieces
Combine: Mix chicken with diced celery, red onion, aji amarillo and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
Plating & Garnish: Toast buns, place lettuce, tomato and chicken mix on buns. Top with avocado and hickory sticks.
