4Potato buns or brioche burger buns

½ Cup Kewpiemayonnaise or regular mayonnaise

1 TbspAji Amarillo

1 Stalk celery

4Red onion


2Chicken breast

1 HeadBoston lettuce 



1 BagHickory Sticks (or BBQ chips)

To taste salt & pepper


Pulled Peruvian Chicken Sandwich Recipe - Brasa Peruvian Kitchen

Chicken: Boil chicken in a pot with celery, onion, carrot, two garlic cloves at medium high heat for 25 minutes. When chicken is cooked, pull shreds of chicken into bite sized pieces

Combine: Mix chicken with diced celery, red onion, aji amarillo and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.

Plating & Garnish: Toast buns, place lettuce, tomato and chicken mix on buns. Top with avocado and hickory sticks.
