Ingredients
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/4 Cup Mirin
1 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Aji Panca Paste
10 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Medium Onion
2 Ibs boneless short ribs
Marinade
Combine all the wet ingredients and spices into one bowl and mix together. Once mixed, place the short ribs into the bowl and marinate for at least eight hours.
Short Ribs
Heat the stove top grill or skillet at medium high heat. Place the ribs on the grill. Cook each side for 4-6 minutes. Once cooked serve immediately with rice. Garnish with chilis and scallions.
