We aren’t Peruvian food per se. We serve familiar meals such as fresh salads, warm bowls and smoothies with craveable Peruvian flavours. Peru is a country rich with superfoods and premium exports like organic quinoa, maca, aji peppers, lucuma, olives, and cacao; these are ingredients we use in the meals we serve our guests daily. Our menu contains many gluten-free options and can accommodate animal and plant protein eaters as well as individuals with other dietary restrictions such as vegetarians and dairy-intolerant diners.
