In honour of July’s Dine Around Latin America, Baro & Brasa Peruvian Kitchen have partnered together to introduce the new Brasa Salad.
Created by Chef Brent (Baro) and Chef Guillermo (Brasa Peruvian Kitchen), the Brasa Salad is combination of octopus escabeche, a riot of fresh produce and crisp organic Peruvian quinoa garnished with queso fresco, herbs, and lucuma rocoto vinaigrette. This is as flavourful as it is fun to eat.
